One of Toaplan’s early hits, Slap Fight (or A.L.C.O.N. as it was known in some regions) put you in the seat of the “Leopard” space fighter to liberate the worlds taken over by a “Gaudi”, an artificial intelligence.  When it was ported later to the Japanese Mega Drive, it also received a Special Mode that gave you more stages and a new soundtrack done by renowned video game composer, Yuzo Koshiro.  This set comes with an individually numbered slipcover, Cosmic Flare cartridge, reversible inlay featuring the updated Japanese or North American logo, and a full-color instruction manual.
